- Technical review of architectural and fire safety system drawings
- Preparation of the Fire & Life Safety (FLS) Report in accordance with SBC 801
- Verification of compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC 801) and local authority regulations
- Review of evacuation routes, fire zones, alarm and suppression systems
- Issuance of technical comments and design recommendations
- Final approval and stamping of drawings for submission to authorities
Project Summary:
Our company provided professional services for the Elite Sports Center project in Jeddah, which included comprehensive review and approval of architectural and fire protection designs.
We also prepared a complete Fire & Life Safety Report in compliance with the Saudi Building Code SBC 801.
The scope involved validating compliance with life safety standards, evacuation planning, and fire system design. Final drawings were stamped and approved for submission to Civil Defense and local authorities.
